| We are excited to have a new diabetes education program to offer the residents of Lawrence County. The program has about ten weeks of class room education with one hour sessions meeting every other week. The curriculum covers diabetic disease processes and treatments, acute and chronic complications, medications, monitoring, behavioral changes and most importantly nutritional management and meal planning. We are offering both afternoon and evening classes for your convenience.
