 | LCMH Primary Care Clinic is located in the Medical Building at 2111 Lexington Avenue behind the hospital. The clinic is hospital based and offers healthcare for all ages from newborn to senior adults with a special emphasis to the care of families. The clinic utilizes consultation with specialists and community resources when appropriate. Family practice providers are trained to prevent, diagnose and treat a wide variety of illnesses and injuries.
The providers do a wide range of procedures including well baby check ups, biopsy, and healthy female exams, etc. Our highly trained staff includes a Family Practice Physician and a Family Nurse Practitioner. Together with our caring nurses and clinic staff, we provide personalized attention to our patients utilizing the most advanced technology and training available.
