The Endowment & Development Foundation for Lawrence County Memorial Hospital was established in 1961. The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established to promote, develop and enhance the ongoing operation and delivery of health care at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital.
Over the years, the Foundation has provided support for new equipment purchases, facility expansions and quality health care programs and services.

The Foundation consists of community volunteers working towards the common goal of developing new partnerships and increasing the number of supporters who share a common vision: To meet and exceed current health care needs, and to provide for future generations to come.
