Screener/LCMH Ambassador

Job Duties:
The Screener/LCMH Ambassador will welcome patients, visitors and LCMH team mates with a warm friendly hello, and keep attentive eyes on our patients, visitors and employee’s potential needs. Each patient is allowed one essential visitor to safely escort patient to their destination. The Screener/LCMH Ambassador will utilize the IDPH/CDC screening questions ONLY on the form. Do not deviate. Temperature check, if over 99 degrees you will instruct the individual to the proper destination. All patients, visitors and LCMH team mates must have a mask, if the individual does not have a mask provide them with a mask. When not performing screening, your duties include cleaning the waiting room area you are stationed. Wash down all surfaces and patient, visitor employee touchpoints with appropriate cleaning solution. Your Impact Provide our customers with exceptional customer service. Director of Surgical Services
Department: Surgical Services
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Surgery or related field • Minimum 2 years in a Department Leader Role • Valid IL RN License, required • Bachelors’ in Nursing (BSN) or Business Administration, preferred • Must be able to demonstrate initiative in problem solving, critical thinking skills and project management skills. Able to demonstrate a responsibility for departmental success.
Job Duties:
The Director of Surgical Services provides overall management for the Surgery Department. Priorities include quality and service excellence, which focuses on patient, staff and physician satisfaction. The Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for improving quality and clinical performance, maintaining compliance with all federal/state regulations and company policies. The Director will also collaborate with Administration to establish and define departmental goals consistent with LCMH’s mission and goals. The Director of Surgical Services will organize and facilitate department activities to deliver high quality care using standards based practice. Directs and supervises staff ensuring that the workforce standards are demonstrated in the delivery of patient care. Your Impact Leading the team to deliver our teammates and customers with exceptional customer service. Full Time Registered Nurse

• Current Illinois RN License, Required • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire • PALS required • BLS required • TNCC recommended but not required
Job Duties:
The Full Time Registered Nurse will have the opportunity to experience of being able to work in Medical-Surgical, Surgery and the Emergency Department. The RN will be responsible for promoting and restoring patients’ health by utilizing standards of nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for the patients and their family. The RN will be responsible for assessing, formulating and implementing a plan of care. The RN will aid in development of a care plan unique to the patient’s care needs. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients and communicating with the physician. The RN will also collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare. The RN will establish an effective relationship with the patient and will serve as a liaison between the staff and the patient and patient's family. The RN will respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The RN will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations. Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technologist

Job Duties:
The Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technologist will have the knowledge and ability to perform general tests in all areas of the laboratory. The qualified candidate will exhibit problem solving skills, responsibility and a professional demeanor. The Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technologist will perform routine and special laboratory assays of patient specimens in disciplines including chemistry, hematology, coagulation, immunology, urinalysis and blood bank. The Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technologist will review patient results for accuracy and diagnostic correlation. The qualified candidate will perform and document quality control according to lab policy and complete corrective action, as appropriate. The position is a 12 hour- night shift, with rotating weekend and holiday schedule. The team member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations.
