Our Approach

We are pleased to offer lab services at Lawrence County Memorial, allowing patients to receive the tests they need close to home.

The Lawrence County Memorial Hospital laboratory is a full-service facility that provides a vast array of testing services to meet the health care needs of our community. Our certified lab professionals use state-of-the-art technology to get fast, accurate results to your physician. We accept orders from any provider and will coordinate test results as needed. 

Every two years, our lab is inspected and we continue to meet and exceed standards. The lab is accredited by the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program through the American Osteopathic Association (HFAP/AOA), a national accrediting agency.

The lab is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for inpatient and emergency needs.

Outpatient services are provided 7 AM to 10 PM daily, including weekends and holidays. 

Please note: The laboratory cannot interpret test results or release them to patients. Results are sent to the provider who ordered the test and can be obtained by contacting your provider.
