CEO Message

Don Robbins, CEOLawrence County Memorial Hospital has served the community for over 60 years. While the faces and building have changed over time, one thing has remained constant – our commitment to providing quality health care with compassion to our patients and families.

At Lawrence County Memorial, our providers take care of patients across the life cycle - from newborns to senior adults. Having a long patient history with the same provider helps people stay well and identify potential concerns early. More importantly, it gives us the opportunity to create and maintain relationships for a lifetime.

In the event of an emergency, we know minutes matter. That's why the emergency room is open 24-7-365 and why our staff worked so hard to earn designation as a "stroke ready" facility. For illness or injury that needs to be addressed quickly but doesn’t require the emergency room, our acute care clinic is conveniently open Monday through Friday until 8 PM and on the weekends from 8 AM to 1 PM.

If additional services from a specialist are needed, our affiliation with Deaconess Illinois gives us access to the most appropriate resources for you and your condition.

We want to make diagnosis and recovery easier for our patients, so we prioritized services like laboratory, radiology, heart and lung care, as well as physical, speech and occupational therapy. You can access these services at Lawrence County Memorial, saving time and travel to a bigger city.
Lawrence County Memorial Hospital is an extraordinary organization, with an extraordinary staff, that provides extraordinary care.

We know you have choices when it comes to your health, so I would like to thank you for choosing Lawrence County Memorial Hospital. We consider it a privilege to take care of you and your family.
