New Visitor Restrictions as part of COVID-19 Response

Inpatient Visitor Guidelines      
Visitor guidelines apply to the medical floor only.
  • One designated visitor per patient per hospital stay. Visitor must pass screening upon entry. Visitors may not switch out during the day.
  • Visitor entrance will be through main hospital entry only. (not through Emergency Department)
  • Minor patients may have both parents or guardian, but only one at a time.
  • Inpatient visitation hours are from 11 AM to 5 PM*
  • All visitors must wear the arm band and mask issued to them at the screening station and fill out visitor form.
  • All visitors must wear a mask at all times and practice social distancing, even in patient rooms.
  • Visitors must follow any isolation precautions in place. No visitors for COVID-19 suspected patients.
  • Visitors must be 18 years or older.
  • Visitors must practice good hand hygiene by washing their hands and / or using hand sanitizer prior to entering Pt. room and upon leaving        hospital.
  • Visitors must limit traffic in the hospital and stay in patient room. (exception would be restrooms or vending machine area)
*Visiting after 5pm by pre-approval from LCMH Administration.

Outpatient Visitor Guidelines
Visitor guidelines for accompanying patients to physician appointments and outpatient services.*
 
  • One additional person may accompany the patient for physician appointments or outpatient services as needed.
  • Screening criteria must be passed for this person to enter facility.  They will be required to wear provided arm band and face mask at all times.  They must also practice social distancing.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must perform hand hygiene on entry and exit of facility.
  • Travel within the facility will be limited to the designated appointment or outpatient site.
*At this time there will continue to be no visitors to the Emergency Department unless approved as special circumstance.
