As a reminder, your information is encrypted and stored securely so you can take advantage of our online services without fear of exposing your protected health information.
 

New Patient Portal Users
If you did not have a previous portal account, provide your email address at your next visit anywhere you receive services with Lawrence County Memorial, and we will send you an email invitation to register for portal access.

If you would like an invitation prior to your next visit, contact Health Information Management at 618-819-0299, Monday thru Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM, and they will send you an invitation.

FAQs

1. What if I already had a login for the previous Thrive Patient Portal?
Patients that previously accessed the Lawrence County Memorial Thrive Patient Portal will need to transition to the new MyCareCorner patient portal. The most efficient way to transition is to provide an email address so we can send you an invitation to register for the new portal. All your data from the previous portal will still be available in the new MyCareCorner patient portal.

2. What if I forget my password for MyCareCorner?
Patients can select the forgot password link from the mycarecorner.net webpage. Patients will be prompted to enter the email address they used to register for the portal and to enter the characters displayed in the captcha field. Next the patient will be able to select the Reset Password button. A password reset email will then be sent to the patient’s email address. Patients can then select the reset my password link within the email message and create a new password.

3. What is needed to access the patient portal?
All you need is a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access and an email address.

4. Is there an app for the MyCareCorner patient portal?
Yes! There is a MyCareCorner app available for both Apple and Android devices. The app can be found in the Apple App store and the Google Play store.
